This day is specifically dedicated to TMT. The management, the employees, the partners, everyone comes together to have fun and spread joy. There’s cake cutting, delicious foods, various games, singing, dancing or actings. Last but not least, there’s also award ceremonies to reward and upbring their mood and motivation to encourage them to join. On this particular day, everyone enjoys themselves solely forgetting about their worry temporarily.
